Vladimir Kovalev
A practising lawyer, specialist in civil and commercial litigation, mediator. Since 2015 he has led the Kovalev & Partners law firm. Since 2024 — chairman of the board of directors of a bank; since 2025 he heads the Wings of a Dream charitable foundation. His expertise covers crisis management, state-building and enterprise economics.
Education: Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Geography, Department of Economic Geography); Academic International Institute — Law; Plekhanov Russian University of Economics — the unified training program for insolvency practitioners. Additionally — mediation, state and municipal administration, enterprise economics and management. In 2026 he completed a postgraduate research and teaching program in Law.
A practising attorney since 2009: criminal and commercial law, insolvency. Since 2019 — chairman of the Kovalev, Malyutov, Tsypkalo & Partners Bar Association.
Graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) with a degree in Law. Completed professional retraining at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics under the unified training program for insolvency practitioners, with the right to practise in crisis management. Postgraduate student at the Moscow Innovation University. A practising attorney since 2009, specialising in criminal and commercial law and in insolvency cases of individuals and legal entities. Since 2019 — chairman of the Kovalev, Malyutov, Tsypkalo & Partners Bar Association.
Kristina Tsypkalo

An attorney since 2019. Over 10 years of court experience, including as a judge's assistant. Civil law, commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency.
In 2011 graduated from the Odessa National Law Academy (jurisprudence); in 2017 completed a master's degree at the Crimean Law Institute of the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. Professional experience since 2011: courts of general jurisdiction, commercial courts of first and appellate instance, more than 10 years as a judge's assistant. Holds attorney status since 2019. Specialises in representing individuals in civil law matters; extensive experience in commercial and corporate disputes, real estate transactions, legal support of business and insolvency cases.

A lawyer with over 17 years of experience. Insolvency, crisis management, support of especially complex court disputes.
An expert in insolvency and crisis management, specialist in supporting especially complex court disputes. Over 17 years of legal practice, including work in major infrastructure and energy companies and leadership of complex legal projects. Specialisation: support of insolvency proceedings of legal entities and individuals, challenging debtors' transactions, building and defending creditors' legal positions, debt recovery, and the development of comprehensive legal strategies. In his practice he combines deep analysis of debtors' financial and economic activity, court practice and the procedural mechanisms protecting the parties to insolvency proceedings.
