Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy (the "Policy") is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the security measures taken by the Perspektiva Association (the "Operator"), OGRN 1207700065539, INN 9729294330.

The Operator regards respect for human rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data — including the protection of privacy and personal and family secrecy — as its foremost objective.

2. What data we process

The Operator processes the personal data you provide yourself through the feedback form on the website, by phone or by email: surname, name and patronymic; phone number; email address; the information you include in the text of your enquiry. The Operator does not process or request special categories of personal data or biometric data.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed in order to: answer your enquiry; consider your application to take part in the Association's events, including the Perspektiva Novorossii Legal Forum and the Tribunal of Opinions podcast; inform you about dates, programs and terms of participation; and discuss a proposed partnership or cooperation.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on the consent of the personal data subject, which you express by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the Operator's email address.

5. Procedure and conditions of processing

Processing is carried out with and without automation: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, deletion and destruction. The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures required to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions.

The website uses cookies and anonymised web statistics services — they help keep the website operational and improve it. By continuing to use the website after the cookie notice, you consent to their use; cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties except in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

6. Storage periods

Data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require: until the purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested — whichever comes first, unless a different period is established by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data, to demand its clarification, blocking or destruction, to withdraw your consent, and to appeal against the Operator's actions or inaction to the authorised personal data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

9. Final provisions

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
