About the Association
A community born of practice
The Perspektiva Association appeared in 2020 — not in the quiet of offices, but out of living experience: too often lawyers, attorneys and insolvency practitioners were left one on one with complex cases, with no venue for a frank professional dialogue.
History
How it all began
In 2020, in a time of global change and new challenges, we set out to change the usual state of things — and created a community that values not only credentials but living experience; where you can argue, seek advice and search for unconventional solutions together.
Today Perspektiva is the assembly point for those who shape the future of Russian jurisprudence. We deliberately provide no legal services: our partners exist for that. Our business is the environment, the events and the professional dialogue.

Why we exist
To unite lawyers of every field and turn scattered experience into the shared strength of the profession.
We believe: when a judge, an attorney, a prosecutor and a notary talk at one table, the law wins — and so does everyone it protects.
What we do
Formats of work
Our flagship products are the Perspektiva Novorossii Legal Forum (Mariupol) and the Tribunal of Opinions video podcast. Around them — member meetings, closed discussions of practice and joint projects with partners.
A separate focus is the legal community of the new regions: we build professional infrastructure for it in a constructive dialogue with the authorities.
Principles
How we act
Honesty, transparency, professionalism and respect for every field of law. We stand outside competition between members: the Association is neutral ground, where titles stay at the door and arguments matter more than positions.
Compliance with the ethical standards of the profession is a condition of membership.
